Returns Policy

We take pride in our desserts and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase immediately notify us of your concerns and return your dessert to us.  We will give you a credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase.  All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or an in-store credit, Nonna's Gift card within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  If you received a shipped order, ie. Kingcake or 8 inch cake there is no need to return your order.

Shipping

Delivery Dates: Please review the Available Delivery Dates Calendar. Available delivery dates are highlighted in "blue".

We ship all King Cake orders UPS Next Day Air Saver, being so if you want your order delivered on a Wednesday you must place your order at least  two days in advance by 2pm CST. Likewise, an order for delivery on a Friday must be made by 2pm on Wednesday. Orders placed on a Thursday will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

WAIT!

There are circumstances whereby WE CAN deliver your King Cakes the next available day. Please call us for available "in-stock" products. If we have a particular baked product available we may be able to reach your delivered location via NEXT DAY AIR SAVER. Please call Nonna's at 985-893-1488 for more information.

ATTENTION: We DO NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays via our website. If you would like an order delivered on a Saturday or Monday there will be an extra $20 charge from UPS. Please call our bakery for details.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We CANNOT ship to APO/FPO or Post Office Boxes - some rural areas incur additional charges.

Additional Charges

Shipping to residential addresses will incur a $3.00 per cake charge.

Extended delivery area surcharge is $7.00 per cake

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is $30.00 per cake.
